Graphic/Digital Designer (html email ) - Charity Sector

Job description My client are a global charity based in central London. They are looking for a new Graphic Designer/HTML Developer who will be accountable for delivering creative solutions across multiple digital platforms as well as producing day-to-day design materials in tandem with the other Graphic Designer and building functionality/fixing technical issues across website and email.

You will ideally have a deep understanding of the not-for-profit sector and sound commercial awareness. This is a varied creative role and in-depth design and HTML experience, the ability to manage multiple projects, take constructive criticism and ability to suggest design ideas is a pre-requisite.

Main Responsibilities

· To understand the creative vision of the charity.
· To ensure all communication is brand consistent
· To collaborate with stakeholders, listening to feedback to improve communications
· To deliver creative projects off and online; from branding to advertising and integrated multi-platform marketing campaigns including print, digital, email etc- able to see projects from creation through to completion
· To have sound knowledge of HTML coding and ability to build/fix website pages and build/fix emails and email templates using Wordpress
· To be an original thinker displaying strength of design through creative execution
· Effective time management to meet tight deadlines and be able to work under own initiative
· To manage multiple other ad hoc tasks as requested (quote requesting, administration, building of emails etc)

You must be

· Technically/administratively strong
· Commercial and Creative

You must have

· Technical skills - proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (CS 5.1 onwards). InDesign; Photoshop, Illustrator Dreamweaver. Proficiency in HTML coding, CSS(3) and Wordpress, MS Office
· The ability to prepare materials for print
