We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing, or a Senior Brand Manager with a wealth of experience leading cross-functional teams. Crucially, you will need a solid foundation of experience delivering best in class campaigns and brand initiatives for a large scale - multichannel business.

Head of Brand Marketing - Contemporary Outdoor Fashion & Lifestyle Brand

PR Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Digital Content Marketing Manager, Campaign Manager

Key relationships:

Concept Team, Ecommerce team, Marketing Operations, Studio Operations, Creative Services, Product Teams

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for the development and optimisation of the Content and Campaigns Department and includes oversight of all activities driven out via the Brand Content Team, PR Team and Product Marketing Teams. The individual will be responsible for delivering excellence in the day to day customer experience, to drive brand engagement, retention and acquisition with measurable outcomes.

Campaign Planning
* Champion the development and delivery of sustained and enriched multichannel campaigns that build awareness and credibility for the business and brand in the market, maximising brand equity
* Oversee the development of a structured approach to multichannel marketing campaign strategy and delivery, introducing relevant processes and tech as required to support optimal management of the marketing calendar
* Lead the delivery of all multichannel marketing campaigns in line with the critical path, leading direct reports and adjacent teams to maximise campaigns in line with business goals

Content Marketing Strategy
* Oversee the development and delivery of an integrated content strategy that encompasses channel selection and focus, editorial governance, and metrics to be applied and aligned with the business's overall objectives.
* Lead and inspire the development of first-class content by both internal and external teams, inclusive of videos, infographics, blogs, and data visualization in order to ensure optimal delivery of content to target audiences across multiple channels.
* Work with Concept Manager to oversee the development and management of the business's brand standards and content style guides
* In conjunction with the Head of Ecommerce Marketing, oversee the development and delivery of a social media strategy for brand social channels in regards to content, consumer engagement and optimisation of media spend

Product Marketing
* In conjunction with input from Product Design and Commercial teams, oversee the development and delivery of the product marketing strategy to ensure products, trends and key looks are optimally represented to drive sales and represent the brand across all channels at the appropriate time
* Support the translation of what is unique and special about our brand and products into persuasive and effective communications for our customers, across multi-media formats
* Support the adaptation of the product strategy in real-time to ensure trading is optimised throughout key channels.

PR
* Oversee development and delivery of annual PR plan to support overall marketing calendar, with key messages, product heroes and themes driving activity
Oversee the optimisation of third-party relationships across consumer and corporate PR, driving out effective support
* Oversee the development and delivery of a robust influencer strategy, integrating both long and short term objectives and optimising relationships within this channel.
