My client is the largest player in its field in the UK. With huge year on year growth, this premium membership and e-commerce brand boasts over 100k monthly subscribers and growing every day. The recently launched e-commerce platform has taken the business to the next level and the opportunity for growth is limitless. With cutting edge, quality content always at the forefront of their marketing - this brand has a whole lot of personality!

The Role:

*Devise acquisition and reactivation strategies.
*Lead on all digital and direct channel activity.
*Develop and oversee the implementation of traffic and direct response campaigns.
*Develop and oversee the implementation of reactivation, retention and loyalty campaigns.
*Work with the e-commerce team, develop and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns to drive traffic and new customer acquisition.
*Work with UX, Tech and Data teams to deliver user experience improvements, better targeting, reporting and analytics capabilities.
*Manage and grow a team of channel leads.
*Manage external agency partners where relevant.

The Candidate:

*Extensive D2C customer acquisition experience in high growth online businesses.
*Experience with a subscription-led brand is a plus, but not essential.
*In-depth understanding of paid social media and performance marketing more broadly.
*Strong people management skills.
*Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to report on performance compiling data and insights from multiple sources.
*Higher education degree in marketing or similar discipline is desirable but not essential.
