An exciting position has arisen for a Head of Marketing and PR to join a boutique award winning specialist luxury brand team.

A leading global heritage travel brand that are trendsetters within their industry, are looking to expand their team, and seek a new Head of Marketing and PR. The Head of Marketing and PR will be working tightly with the Global team, and the role will also provide leadership on the direction of the brand in the UK. You will also manage key marketing and PR relationships both internally and externally. The Head of PR & Marketing responsibilities:

*To develop the annual and longer term strategic marketing plans in line with UK & Ireland business objectives with particularly focus on brand strategies
.

*To develop creative strategies and brand communication plans that will deliver longer term
profitability for the brand (measured via brand health)

*Set the digital strategy for the UK market to ensure quality lead generation and conversion through effective web assets and social media leverage



*Responsible for all channel communications such as trade, coop support, 121, web development and
online marketing and work closely with the functional managers to ensure that expertise and learnings are optimised.

*Collaborates with the global CRM team to create more impactful CRM campaigns within the UK and to fully understand the quality of the current database.

The ideal Head of Marketing & PR:
*Proven marketing experience ideally in a multi-national marketing environment, within a luxury setting
*Strong budgeting and forecasting skills, dealing with budgets of between £1m -£10m
*Strong media experience from a PR, spokesperson and client basis
*Strong database and ROI experience,
*A broad knowledge of the media landscape
