Job description HR & Operations Administrator
£16-18K + bonus

My client is a leading property specialist offering an award-winning range of properties and services across the UK. They host a busy and close-knit Head Office experience with a welcoming, supportive company culture and training that is second to none.

The Role:

Due to expansion they have a newly created role for a bright, highly numeric and enthusiastic team player to join their friendly and welcoming Sutton office. Providing hands-on HR, finance/payroll, communications and operations support across their UK wide offices you will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for employee communications and administrative support and enjoy working with people and numbers.

Supporting employee operations for their busy network of offices duties will range from general HR, new joiner and communications administration including issuing offers of employment, contracts and new starter details, to monthly bonus, commission and payroll support. Ad-hoc projects, internal employee communications, ordering stationery and procurement of office supplies will also feature.

Skills & Experience
*Proven experience working in administration
*Good standard of education - minimum 5 GCSE's A-C (including Maths & English)
*Strong MS Office and database skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*High degree of flexibility - enjoyment of working in a broad all-encompassing role
*Quick to learn and use initiative
*Team player with good common sense and good sense of humour
