Circa£50-55K + bonus Location - London & Oxford (office based with flexible working & work from home options)

My client is a leading travel specialist offering luxury destinations, inspirational travel and one-of-a-kind adventures. Due to a major digital transformation they have a newly created opportunity across their vibrant Oxford and London offices (flexible working options) for a hands-on Marketing Automation Campaign Manager (CRM) with strong technical Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise and excellent understanding of marketing campaigns and marketing principles to join their award-winning marketing team.

The Role:
Reporting into the Head of CRM and working with UK & US Heads of Marketing to develop the company's CRM program the Marketing Automation Campaign Manager (CRM) will be responsible for the coordination, strategy and delivery of marketing of technical and highly effective campaigns. This will include directing and guiding the marketing teams on how to optimise and deliver campaigns using marketing automation to achieve the maximum benefits and return on investment.

Key Skills
Significant CRM experience and advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is essential!
You will be a strong collaborator, and will work closely with all markets to establish a global Marketing Automation Strategy and champion shared best practice.
You will have exceptional problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail and be used to managing workloads and deadlines.
