Job description My client is leading British fashion brand who are on the hunt for a talented Marketing Manager. They are trend setters in the market, and are looking for people to grow and continue their success.

The Marketing Manager's key objectives:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all seasonal campaigns and collaborations are supported by compelling and integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager will be:

To unite various teams across the business around campaign objectives and timings to give a greater sense of team purpose.
To fully project manage key seasonal campaigns and collaborations from conception to execution- sticking within budgets
To lead analysis and meetings for cross-channel projects to ensure that the wider business objectives are met.
To be responsible for the customer experience in store
To ensure that every channel is fully optimised and in line with the overall Marketing strategy when new launches are taken to market.
To manage third party strategic relationships that drive customer acquisition
To work with the International Retail team to ensure that global franchise partners are fully supported and that all campaign deliverables meet their requirements and that they receive assets on time.
You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing and PR Manager with the budget management and the setting of objectives and KPIs for all seasonal campaigns and collaborations.
Working with the Senior Marketing and PR Manager to forecast and track budgets.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Marketing Coordinator and continually support their development through regular mentoring

In order to be successful the Marketing Manager will have:

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects with varying timelines.
A commercial and creative mind set.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Enthusiastic team player who can articulate clear objectives and lead a team towards them.
Experience with managing budgets.
A proactive, can do attitude.
A true collaborator, with the ability to get involved in tasks at all levels.
