Marketing Manager - Major High-street Retailer - Remote Working - 6 Month FTC


Rare opportunity to join this much loved high-street retailer at a time of ongoing investment and growth. As part of their continued journey, the brand is looking for a talented 360 Marketing Manager to support the business through a period of transition initially following a restructure. Crucially, you will have an engrained passion for delivering data driven, seasonal marketing plans for a major multichannel business. We are looking for excellent project management skills and the capacity to develop and deliver integrated campaigns and large scale brand activations.
You will also need to be highly versed in coordinating multiple work streams and have the ability to manage priorities and multiple stakeholder expectations.


ROLE OVERVIEW:

Develop the core global seasonal strategy, (incorporating inputs from the business strategy, external insight, brand pathways and seasonal concepts), ensuring that the key messages/ stories and product propositions are marketable and connected to trading opportunities and consumer moments, to drive delivery of commercial targets.

Work with the Head of Brand Marketing to evaluate and evolve brand objectives and strategies to ensure alignment between brand and business strategic objectives.

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and leadership teams on key seasonal marketable product concepts and develop consumer propositions to inform creative campaign and asset development.

Work with the Brand Creative team to develop and articulate campaign ideas and briefs that deliver the seasonal strategy and communicate agreed key messages and stories to consumers.

Working with Marketing Planning plus channel and regional stakeholders, analyse and understand local and channel needs and connect these into the marketing strategy to ensure that representation of the brand in front of the consumer balances requirements of the channel strategy and local needs.

Work with the Brand Creative team to plan and oversee the delivery of all relevant campaign assets either in house or with external parties, reviewing and providing feedback on assets in line with the strategic requirements for the season, to ensure quality and on time delivery.

Deliver seasonal go to market materials that provide a compelling brand narrative to support the commercial outcomes of defined GTM events and activities.
