My client is the leading manufacturer of high quality, stylish furniture across Europe. They have dominated the Scandinavian and North Western European market as well and USA Dubai, China and Australia.

This innovative company are passionate about setting themselves above the rest and constantly improving their offering. They now have 6 brands in their portfolio and counting! Their aim is to deliver furniture perfection and inspire their customers across the globe. They are sold in more than 40 countries with offices in Norway, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, France, UK, Dubai and Switzerland. They are also looking to double their turn over within the next 5 years!

They are looking for a committed and talented Marketing Manager to work as part of an international and thriving team. The main objective of this role is to increase customer acquisition through digital, email marketing and events within B2B and B2C

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

*Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans.
*Develop local campaigns in line with company objectives
*Work collaboratively with the sales team and make sure they have what they need from a marketing perspective
*The Marketing Manager will create and manage projects as well as trade shows, design fairs, events and exhibitions
*Develop strategies to engage with target markets
*Local market research
*Understand the needs of dealers/ retailers
*Possibly work on global marketing projects
*Working collaboratively with the content and social media manager on getting the brand maximum exposure and educating customers on the brand motto
*Manage the 6 brands on the portfolio and any others that may join
*Managing own budgets
*Working across B2B and B2C
*Build brand partnerships and source potential collaboration opportunities with influencers
*Pitching and elevating the business

In order to be successful in this role you must have experience/knowledge in:

*Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
*Ability to think creatively
*Budget management and skills proficiency
*Professional attitude towards the role
*Analytical skills
*Ability to write copy
