Motion Designer - Ecommerce - £45k - London

Job description You'll be working in a fast-paced environment and joining a talented design team alongside a Senior Integrated Designer, UI Designer, Print Designer, Artworker and Video Creator, reporting into the Head of Design.

The job in a nutshell:
Conceptualise and implement motion and video design solutions that meet the creative and business needs of a variety of platforms and content types
*Work with the design team and wider marketing teams to concept, design, develop, build and deliver motion graphics projects (animated motion, manipulating video footage etc)
*Ensure production efficiency through sound resource planning, productivity and vision

Knowledge of multiple video and motion graphics workflows with the ability to marry video footage with type and design
*Strong graphic design ability and type sensibility suitable to a retail environment
*Fluency in After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere. Cinema4D is a bonus.
*Strong understanding of colour profile management for video
*Strong understanding of video encoding, specifically for web
*Ability to efficiently work both independently and as part of a team environment
*Imaginative thinking and up to date with design trends that can be adapted into an innovative digital brand communication.
*Thinking outside of the box - but within the toolbox. We've got a great brand that we'll be evolving over the course of the next few months, and we want someone who's excited by the chance to be the first designer to use these tools and bring them to life.
