Global Online Fast Fashion Brand

Our client has a truly wonderful opportunity for Omni-Channel Marketing Manager working across key channels across TV, Outdoor, Print, PR, Influencers, Events, Digital and Retention.

This opportunity Is positioned for growth and development to become a part of the senior management team within a 3-4 years. With that said you will be interested in taking on strategic role within a growing team, working with chosen network of agencies.

Tasks

Responsible for developing and delivering the brand marketing strategy to drive the acquisition of new customers whilst retaining existing customers
Management of the brand and creative direction of campaigns , coordination of TV and photo shoots
Management and optimisation of all channels including TV, Outdoor, Print, PR, Digital and CRM
Planning and management of the marketing budget including forecasting and post campaign analysis
Recruitment, management and motivation of the team including objective and KPI setting
Develop and maintain close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively execute against set KPI's
Pioneer and develop new marketing activations and initiatives in technology to drive brand awareness, sales and acquisition
Working closely with merchandising teams to build a customer communication and trading plan

Skills

Experience working at a fast-paced fashion brand
Experience in brand development and a wide spectrum of marketing channels
Management of direct reports and agencies
Use of Google Analytics
Budget management
Highly numerate with strong analytics skills
Passion for marketing, fashion and achieving as a team
Determination to succeed in a high pressure environment
You should be highly motivated, with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
