Online Styling Editor - Luxury Fashion

Job description To ensure that all women's products in new in are styled according to the clients inhouse standards and withthe distinct brands tone of voice, aiming to engage customers and maximise sales. The editor will be giving styling direction before the outfits are styled and photographed along with feedback after each shoot, aiming to continuously improve standards, create styling guidelines and training the team with on-set styling techniques. Luxury and editorial background is essential as well as e-commerce experience along with the ability to translate the brands creative vision to the outfits that are styled in the 'NEW IN' section on the website. This role is based in London but requires significant travel in Europe where the studio is located.

Key Responsibilities:

* Continuously evaluating and discovering the most current style icons/relevant influencers of the moment that fits with the brand guidleines and present to the OSM for approval and share with the team ensuring they are referencing when styling

* Understand the studio processes and highlight areas of improvement to the relevant teams that impact the styling team

* Present weekly in-depth styling reviews of NEW IN across all areas to the OSM for feedback and translate this into weekly presentations for the styling team aiming to improve standards and inspire the team driving forward

* Take full accountability for WW Online Styling for the NEW IN section and ensure the brands vision and tone of voice is reflected in all outfits consistently

* In depth knowledge of what is happening in fashion at all times with trends. Present to the OSM for approval and translate these into the brands unique signature style

* Develop a training plan for new stylists to fit their level of experience and needs and work closely with the stylist specialist to train the new team members, monitor results and support their development

* Excellent knowledge of what is the correct fit of the garments ensuring no ill-fitting garments are shot and work closely with the buying, styling and the size and fit teams to ensure products are truly represented on the side on the model shots

* Act as a styling ambassador for the retail teams sharing relevant presentations aiming to educate the teams in store to think alike the online styling team

Skills and Experience:

* Be very flexible and able to travel on a very short notice during week days and as often as the business requires. (on average 2- 3 times a month)

* Excellent on set styling with ability to pass this knowledge to the rest of team

* Fully aware of influencers and up to speed with current trends, street style and social media and ability to incorporate these into the brands style

* Extensive styling experience as a main stylist in luxury environment within both editorial and ecommerce environment

* Quick decision making in order to guide the team and be able to suggest suitable alternatives during outfit checks and when needed
