Job description A huge name is Beauty, my client is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the team to own their paid search and paid social channels across the UK, US, and global markets.

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy but also the hands on implementation of their campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Pinterest. You will be responsible for aligning the campaigns with the marketing team on and offline channels. You'll be the go to person in the business regarding PPC and Paid social, and work in proactive and reactive ways.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Setting the strategy & Budgets for PPC and Paid social campaigns for the UK, US and Global markets
- Create and build the PPC campaigns across Google and Bing from scratch yourself, devising the ad groups, key words, ad copy and optimising the campaigns
- Using Google Adwords to manage campaigns
- Utilising Google Analytics for daily campaign reporting and insights, adjusting the bids and strategies as you go
- Managing budgets of around £40K per month
- Working closely with Social & SEO teams, as well as Sales, Retail, PR and the MD
- Setting up and managing paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, twitter and Pinterest
- Presenting and reporting paid search campaign results and findings to the senior management, C-Suite and the business owners.

My client is growing rapidly, and looking for a Paid search manager who is able to own PPC for the business and manage it autonomously. Reporting into a Head of Marketing, you will be looking for an opportunity to own and manage a budget and the PPC for the global business yourself.
Your experience must include:
- Hands on experience managing PPC campaigns of budgets over £20K Per month across Google and Bing
- Experience leading a PPC strategy yourself
- Hands on experience managing Paid social campaigns across all social channels
- Numerical, and enjoy working with and analysing data, enjoy deep diving into the data and what it means
- Target driven, KPI driven, able to change a goal to a strategy and identify how to achieve it
- Keen eye for trends - regarding ecommerce, beauty and retail but also search marketing and technology
- Confident, articulate, good at presenting, and being client facing,
- Great at working with multiple stakeholders across the business and building relationships
- Experience working in retail, ecommerce and beauty or cosmetics.
