Job description Freelance POS Assistant
Central London

Our client is an Iconic high street fast fashion multi-channel brand. We are looking for long term freelance 3-6 months starting asap.

The role:

You will be supporting the Junior POS Manager to deliver the end to end process for market specific POS - Planning, briefing, allocating and distributing in-store POS and Window messages in line with group and brand strategy
· Ensures all activity is delivered within budget
· Work alongside the Junior POS Manager and print suppliers to deliver effective processes for POS, manage UK & ROI POS stocks, allocations, store call offs and online orders
· Maintain an accurate store & window database through our print supplier
· Complete all briefing of POS to creative and production teams.
· Helps maintain a strong promotional tool kit for all markets which aligns to Group POS strategy
· Works with all in market teams to provide support for Range set up's and promotions as required
· Support the delivery of any requests for customer facing POS that specifically impacts any of the markets (includes fitting rooms and in store tannoys)
· Communicates all weekly POS actions to stores and ensures seasonal communication is relevant to market
· Supports the Junior POS Manager and the trade marketing team on projects as required

Essential Skills

· Customer focus
· Proven understanding and experience of in store communications and POS
· Proven understanding of retail marketing and customer experience
· Previous experience of managing a print supplier
· Proficient at Excel & PowerPoint
· Ability to work at an extremely fast pace
· Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
· Strong analytical skills.
· Understanding of marketing disciplines particularly in trade and planning
