Production & Workflow Manager - Agency (On site) - FTC - 30-35

Job description My client is seeking an experienced Production & Workflow Manager to cover maternity leave, joining one of their on-site client teams. The role entails facilitating the ongoing work between the design team and the clients, arranging project briefs and co-ordinating the workflow of documents and design projects to ensure projects are delivered on time. You will need to be super organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.

A good knowledge of the graphic design process and print production, knowledge of film production, designing for digital, understanding of a 360 approach to all jobs would be an advantage. Experience of working with big name corporate brands within the financial services, law, commercial property, or insurance sectors, in either an in-house or studio environment is essential.

* You will have a degree, a comparable qualification or have enough years of experience in role
* You will be organised and detail oriented
* You will work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining integrity and accuracy
* You will be confident and used to delivering outstanding client service
* You will be a flexible and enthusiastic team member with a 'can-do' attitude
* You will be a confident PC user

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide estimates and manage the production process from start to finish
* Work closely with the design team and other agencies to co-ordinate and schedule work to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
* Develop strong and productive relationships with key clients and stakeholders, evaluate and log project requirements, negotiate deadlines with clients, identify issues and provide workable solutions, dealing with conflicting client requirements where necessary
* Ensure that all work is delivered on time and in accordance with quality and budgetary expectations
* Communicate effectively with Management / HR to discuss resource planning and production of management information
* Have an excellent understanding of print processes and techniques and be able to liaise directly with printers
* Develop and maintain expertise in multiple workflow management systems (including, Trello, ScheduleIt and JobTrack, WorkBook)
