£50,000-£60,000


A newly created position has opened up for a dynamic Project Manager who is adept with all methodologies with agile and scrum to join an award-winning retail brand,


This leading retail band believe in doing this a little differently and as the project Manager you will be joining a fast paced and thriving environment. As the Project Manager you will be responsible for clarity and communication of the overall global business rhythm, across the business as well as the critical path and organisational aspects specific to Customer Operations. The project manager will ensure that all Customer activities are delivered on time with minimal risk and financial exposure.


The Project Managers' responsibilities:

*Ensure all there is a clear critical path for all events and activities within the Global Operational Plan which align to the overarching business rhythms
*Organize and facilitate the required cross functional meetings to ensure that agreed deadlines are met assessing impact on other functions and ensuring all necessary approvals are in place
*Work with all relevant functions within Brand Customer and markets teams to ensure all functions understand their milestones, deadlines and that timelines are maintained , holding them accountable for delivery
*Monitor the flow and progress of projects via a comprehensive escalation process and risk assessment reporting, ensuring teams and management have full visibility of project status and risk and that they are actively engaged so that projects hit deadlines
*Manage timings for all Market engagement touch points

The Ideal Project Manager:

*Proven experience of Project Management or experience managing multiple complex projects ideally within a complex multi-site retailer/FMCG (beauty industry strongly preferred)
*Team management negotiation and facilitation experience required
*International experience and/or exposure to cross functional team co-ordination and a demanding senior stakeholder base
*Strong knowledge of MS Project
*Experience of risk evaluation technique
*Substantial experience working in a brand or retail environment, would be a strong advantage
