Sales Executive - Creative Agency - Surrey - £20k to £24k +comm

Job description They are looking for a bright, ambitious individual to join their dynamic team. Some experience of face to face selling is preferred but not essential.

You will be responsible for expanding the business by recognising, researching and securing new clients. You must be professional and enthusiastic, with a confident telephone manner and exceptional negotiation skills. It is vital that you are passionate about the media industry.

Responsibilities
*Undertaking extensive market and client research
*Developing a strategic, structured sales plan
*Researching and pursuing new leads
*Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
*Closing new business in a professional manner

Requirements
*Sales experience, preferably in a similar role (nice but not essential)
*A passion for the media industry
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong IT skills
*A willingness to learn
*Ability to work under pressure
*A strong team player
*Exceptional organisational skills
