Job description Our client is a creative integrated marketing agency - who specialise in delivering pioneering B2B marketing solutions and award-wining campaigns for large, global technology and investment firms. Due to high number of exciting new client acquisitions they are experiencing record growth. As such this is a great opportunity to join a growing team of dynamic consultants who share a passion for developing and executing exemplary campaigns and driving real results where, every day and every client is different.

The Role
As a Senior Consultant you will lead some of the largest B2B technology accounts, taking responsibility for their day-to-day running while continually innovating on service delivery and growing revenue. Your attitude will be characterised by commitment, energy and dedication to seeking out and developing new ideas, tactics, methods and research.

*Leading teams comprising junior and senior colleagues in end-to-end campaign and project delivery, from ideation to production to go-live, on time and on budget
*The development of full-journey content plans that advance clients' marketing objectives, expand the scope of the Catalysis portfolio and reflect the dynamics of the B2B buyer's journey
*Owning and developing client relationships
*Managing junior team members and taking responsibility for their development
*Working with senior management to grow current clients by continuously researching and pitching new ideas, and occasionally contributing to new business pitches
*Helping to run the business and shape its future - people with leadership ambitions
*Being an active contributor to the company's data-driven content mission by reporting on, and analysing the impact of, campaigns and content and using data to inform strategy
*Writing content in a variety of styles and formats (e.g. social media copy, blogs, articles, white papers, nurture emails); and ideation and management of design assets (e.g. social media flashcards, infographics, web pages, animations)
Skills and Experience
*Creative digital and social campaign/content creation experience - technical agency
*At least two-years account management and campaign delivery
*High level of education with relative degree (or equiv) minimum 2:1
*Strong writing -skills with excellent attention to detail
*A proven track record of collaborating with designers to deliver creative projects on time and within budget
*Desired - Strategic and tactical planning of content campaigns utilising mar-tech and automations platforms.
