Forward-thinking premium casual dining brand seeks a creative Senior (Brand) Marketing Manager from a leisure background to push above and below the line marketing activity across UK wide operations.

Reporting into the Marketing Director this is a newly created opportunity for a dynamic and visionary Brand Marketing Manager with a proven track record of creating inspiring and effective campaigns to gain exposure in a visible, hugely integral and rewarding role.

The Brand Marketing Manager will develop, plan and deliver compelling brand strategies and seasonal campaigns to creating buzz, drive awareness and maximise footfall into restaurants. Along with launches into new markets, new / refurb restaurant openings and creating customer-centred propositions you will manage key stakeholders and multiple agencies while working as part of a cross functional team to deliver the full marketing mix. CSR will also feature heavily from defining and developing strategy and key messaging to sourcing and managing charity partnerships.

Skills & Experience:
*Customer-obsessed brand marketer with solid B2C experience within a leading leisure brand
*Proven track record of creating inspiring campaigns that deliver significant sales and growth
*Strong creative lead with experience managing / feeding back on design
*Enjoy hunting for great insights with a passion for understanding consumer behaviour
*Able to inspire/lead teams and agency partners to consistently deliver exceptional work
*Proven experience managing multiple agencies and stakeholders
*Ambitious, commercially aware and credible
*Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport and influence at all levels
