A well-known British High Street retailer seeks a dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Manager to set out the strategy to drive the brand forward delivering high quality visits with a focus across all acquisition and retention marketing channels.

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be managing a small team and be reporting directly to the Marketing Director. The role has a lot of autonomy and manages an extensive marketing budget, the brand you are overseeing are accomplished multi-channel players with a global reach. As the senior digital marketing manager, you will be joining a high-performing digital team with a focus on delivering traffic and revenue targets. The senior digital marketing manager responsibilities:

*Responsible for the creation and execution of the digital marketing strategy spanning all channels.
*Budget management and all digital marketing channels to drive cost effective and quality demand for the brand achieving acquisition and retention targets.
*Drive the brands forwards within the digital marketing space getting buy-in from key stakeholders within the business to trial new opportunities suitable for our target market.
*Work alongside the team analyst to provide detailed analysis on each of the channels to report back to the brand on performance.
*Own and manage third party relationships with key suppliers to ensure maximum value is generated for the brands.
*Campaign ownership on an end to end basis.

The ideal senior digital marketing manager

*Have strong people management of setting vision plans and KPI's, managing at least 5 people across your marketing channels
*Worked on numerous marketing campaigns end to end delivering seasonal campaigns
*Have a track record of marketing evolution across several digital channels
*Have responsibility for budgets and have a good track record of ROI across campaigns
*Have strong experience of acquisition and search & display channels
*Be formidable managing third party suppliers & agency management
*Must be a strong influencer with internal stakeholders
