Job description The Senior Project Manager line manages the Traffic Manager and is responsible for ensuring the day to day running of the team is performed at a high standard, providing an escalation point for difficult situations, resource challenges and delivery issues.

You will be responsible for maintaining team resourcing needs, overseeing the freelance budget, relationships and needs of the team. You will help meet monthly financial targets, working with the project team to ensure commercial targets are met and monthly financials are in order.

Your remit will also involve making wider contributions to the agency overall. This will include supporting cross-office initiatives in respect of marketing, business development, strategy and culture.

Primary responsibilities include:
*Negotiating rates and pricing packages with preferred partners
*Manage the teams daily operational needs, including HR trackers, seating and technology needs
*Member of the Senior CS team, seat at the table making key decisions on direction of the team, new initiatives, raising and solving concerns
*Creating, rolling out and continuously optimizing processes for the Projects, Design and Production teams.
*Working with Projects and Design Directors to identify new talent to bring into the team, as well as production partners to extend current capabilities. Negotiating rates and pricing packages with preferred partners.
*Where necessary, being available to respond to RFP's, meet and greet with new clients and overseeing projects and delivery.
*Owner of team freelance budget, working closely with Finance to maintain high margins on projects while delivering the best possible work for the growth of the team
*Owning project forecast and leading the team to have visibility beyond the current month.
*Line Management of Traffic Manager and Project Manager
*Escalation point for resource and delivery conflicts
*Working with PD and DD on internal packaged rates for products across Healthcare, Branding, Video Production, Social, and Corporate Reports
*Supporting the team on global initiatives
