Job description SOCIAL MEDIA AND PARTNERSHIPS MANAGER- contemporary brand

My client is an innovative contemporary watch brand who are looking for a creative and forward thing Senior Social Media & Partnerships Manager

The Senior Social Media Manager will be responsible for:

-Customer acquisitions programmes, through management of social channels, competitions, influencers and affiliates' programmes
-Brand partnerships, through development of collaborations and co-branding initiatives with relevant partners
-Copywriting for all digital channels, including email, digital ads and website content

The Senior Social Media Manager will also be:

Managing a direct report, and reporting into the Head of Ecommerce,
partnering with the Senior PR Manager and the Brand and Design team.

Primary responsibilities of the Senior Social Media Manager:

-Lead on writing copy for all digital channels, including email, digital ads and website content
-Coordinate and manage daily activity for the social media channels, creating and deploying original and engaging content, working closely with the Brand and Design team
-Implement and manage the social media calendar, aligned with the overall marketing calendar of the company. Analyse, review and report on social media activity/campaign effectiveness and results
-Deliver customer engagement over social media platforms: ensure that and respond to any customer feedback, comments and organic leads
-Develop customer acquisition programmes, delivering quality followers on social media and contributing to the growth of the customer database
-Conceptualise and run competitions
-Develop and expand community and influence outreach programs, identifying suitable social influencers, both brand and commercial, to maximise exposure to new audiences
-Actively seek new collaborations and partnerships to develop brand awareness. This is a key part of the role
-Work closely with the digital marketing team, ensuring social media works with and supports all other digital activity and on and off-line channels
-Manage the Affiliate programme, optimising performance through the existing platform in the UK, as well as developing similar programs in selected other markets
