We are searching for the industry's top digital talent, experienced in developing best-in-class social media and editorial plans, you will be an excellent communicator with flawless attention to detail and a creative flair.

Social Media Manager - High Profile Luxury Beauty Brand - London

The role will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to concept, design, and create compelling social marketing campaigns and associated content across multiple channels and platforms.

You have a passion for all things content and a natural ability to tell beauty stories within the social space. Working closely with marketing and creative, you will be responsible for upholding the brands tone of voice for social media, videos and online magazine articles. The Social Media Manager will help build, grow and manage the brand's online communities. Using analytics tools to monitor social media outlets, online forums and blogs, your mission is to engage with customers and fans, using social media live events to help increase social interaction, drive sales and build brand loyalty.

Role Overview:

* Lead the planning, briefing and delivery of beauty content for social media channels and online magazine
* Create and forward-plan compelling content (words, images and video assets), ensuring they are optimised for cross-platform channels and managed end to end
* Plan all posts in advance, gaining all necessary approvals and schedule posts in scheduling tool
* Use analytics tools and Google Analytics to draw insights on what content works, and what doesn't, to shape future strategy.
* Write online magazine articles (using SEO best practice)
* Drive video content ideas including beauty tutorials and write copy/scripts - shepherding copy from the ideation and concept stage through production and post-production
* Foster a strong and productive working relationship with Creative Director, Chief Communications Officer and Head of Editorial
* Regularly meet with Creative Director and Fashion and Beauty Communications teams to determine seasonal stories and identify opportunities to cover key products in organic ways
* Work closely with the Creative Director to manage and direct on-set photo and video capture for the brand
* Post-production selects, retouching/editing notes and all else involved to bring creative direction to life
* Curate, research, discover, and build relationships with up-and-coming talent (Dermatologists, make-up artists, chemists, etc)
* Understand and navigate existing network of relationships and continue to create meaningful relationships with key influencers and media
* Manage day-to-day influencer and press inquiries
* Work closely and strategically with external PR & Influencer agencies
* Make Influencer Marketing & Social Media proven channels of new customer acquisition
