High growth travel business, ranked consistently in top 10 Fast Track 100 and with on-going international growth plans. Highly invested in paid marketing and further plans of digital development in this area. As part of the marketing team of 15, we are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager, with a particular speciality in managing big scale paid activity (this accounts for about 80% of the role). We are looking for a commercially-minded Social expert who wants to carve their own path within a technology driven and fast-growing online travel business. Crucially you will need to demonstrate solid expertise in this area and will have worked with big-scale budgets to drive performance across all social channels.

Social Media Manager - Leading Online Travel Company

Reporting directly into the Marketing Director, working as part of a high performing digital marketing team, this role is responsible for shaping all aspects of social media and using a holistic view to ensure activity is guided by the main marketing and business objectives.
Managing 7 future budget on paid social budgets, this role will define and develop best-in-class strategy to increase reach across all social channels.
Working closely on media opportunities and maximising dynamic advertising spend across multiple product feeds.
Using complex insight, analysis and with your knowledge of trending topics, you will shape the progression of how the business presents itself across all social channels, ensuring the function is utilising best-in-class practice, tools and processes to ensure the business are continuously pushing the boundaries in terms of digital engagement.
With the wider marketing team, you will be required to come up with ideas and initiatives to drive promotional activity and seasonal offers to maximise opportunities for social performance.
Responsible for overseeing the creative content marketing calendar, ensuring all copy, imagery and communications are brand appropriate and engaging.
Working with international stakeholders on localisation projects to ensue the brand is consistency presenting itself across all markets.
