A premium fashion brand are looking for a Web Analyst to join their fast growing Ecommerce team

The Web Analyst is a brand-new role to the team so it's a very exciting opportunity for someone to come in and grow this area for them. You will be looking across the full site - setting up processes, educating the teams, looking at ways to improve the site etc. You will have a lot of ownership with the support of the eCom team

The Role

*Analyse digital presence and provide recommendations for improvements
*Collect and analyse customer behaviour and web data. You will provide the foundation for the teams to make solid business decisions.
*Evaluate how different sections of the site contribute to sales online and customer behaviour onsite
*Responsible for A/B and multivariable testing set up
*Develop and improve web analysis together with IT department
*Support the E-commerce team, Marketing team and various other teams with analysis
*Educate other teams within Online Sales in Web Analytics, Adobe Suite, SEO tools, Core metrics including LIVEview and Google Analytics.

Skills Required

*Experience in a similar role within an Ecommerce environment
*Very analytical and a problem solver
*Strong leadership skills - you will be educating the teams in web analysis
*Experience in SEO/ SEM
*Have a good understanding of Traffic Drivers
*Preferred to have experience in Hybris e-commerce platform
*Experience in AEM, Adobe Suite, SEO tools, Core metrics including LIVEview and Google Analytics and Tableau
*Basic knowledge with HTML and JavaScript
