Excellent opportunity to join this high-end luxury Jewellery brand at a exciting time of growth and investment. We are looking for a highly organised individual, comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment and who can support a busy international wholesale team. The successful candidate will need to be naturally numerical and even though previous wholesale experience isn't crucial, we are looking for someone who has worked in an administrative support role in some capacity and who is passionate about working within the luxury retail industry. You would need to be able to undertake international business travel on occasion, have exceptional written and spoken English and be competent using Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, the Wholesale Account Co-Ordinator will provide sales support to the Wholesale team ensuring an effective and efficient administrative service.
The role will be a pivotal function in the smooth running of the department and covers sales administration & support.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Wholesale and Wholesale Account Managers to meet sales objectives and targets
Offer support when required with events/trunk shows ensuring they are well planned, prepared for and supported to allow for maximum sales return and brand enhancement
Support the Wholesale team with tasks such as: stock selection, logistics organisation/documentation and price-book production; for trade & trunk shows and client visits & events
Maintain Wholesale documentation and collate sales data and keep customer folders up to date with relevant information
Raise sales and consignment orders, updating and ensuring complete accuracy on SAP system
Create sales presentations using appropriate software/equipment
Work with Marketing and Logistics teams to ensure partners are equipped with all the necessary point of sale materials, visuals, brand literature etc and that they are distributed and maintained appropriately
Arrange and book Wholesale team's travel arrangements - flights, hotels etc
Prepare clear and well supported expense forms, ensuring expenses are completed in a timely manner
Assist with the production of reports and analysis to identify sell to and sell through sales trends
