Job description Wholesale Administrator- Luxury Fashion Brand - £20-22K

My client is a leading luxury fashion brand who is looking for a Wholesale Administrator to join the Wholesale team
As a Wholesale Administrator you will be responsible for raising purchase orders, order book management, logistics issues and delivery management. You will support the Wholesale Sales team working closely with the brands' accounts, merchandising and production departments on a daily basis.

The Wholesale Administrator will ensure credit notes and debit notes are issued, faulty goods and quality issues are dealt with. You will be liaising closely with independent and key accounts both in the UK and internationally, along with warehouses in the UK.
The ideal applicant must have previous wholesale administration experience working for a luxury brand. Demonstrating exceptional communication, organisation and IT skills (intermediate or advance Excel skills and experience using SAP and JOOR). You must have previous experience working with warehouses, Key Accounts, independent retailers, multi-door retailers and department stores in the UK & Internationally.
Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

*Updating clients and the database with shipping, sell-through and invoicing information.
*Liaising with the warehouse and clients nominated shippers to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
*Ensuring all pick lists are created and client invoices/credit notes are produced accurately following shipments.
*Working closely with the Accounts team in house to ensure payments are made and shipments are released accordingly.
*Working closely with merchandising to ensure over-sold and under-sold SKUs are reconciled in house following the end of markets.
*Keeping abreast of production deliveries to ensure shipments can be made efficiently.
*Working closely, and maintaining strong relationships, with overseas partners, clients and agents.
*Maintaining SAP and JOOR systems to ensure both systems hold the correct and up to date information at all times.
*Maintaining and updating all document trackers at all times.
*Dealing with pre and post sales customer enquiries.
*Managing and maintaining all wholesale price lists on internal systems manually.


Professional Experience & Skills

*Experience using SAP is essential
*Graduate with 2 languages preferable.
*Knowledge of UK and international wholesale and retail markets, department stores and boutiques.
*Experience of writing reports to a high standard.
*Updating databases and systems with advanced Microsoft Applications skills.
