Job description A British Luxe Womens Fashion & Accessories Brand are looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager to join their Small Global Team in London to own their Wholesale & Ecommerce sales across the globe.

This person will develop new business opportunities through Market-place and retail channels, both in-store and online, and work with current partners to increase and drive sales and revenue across their platforms and retailers'. This is a Commercial focused role, for which you will be responsible for increasing their global sales. Currently sold in over 80 countries across the globe to an International Market, you'll be responsible for the commercial direction and success of the business. Reporting into the Business Owner and Designer, you'll being with you excellent commercial skills and business forte, and be involved in business planning, strategic reviews and budget setting alongside the FD.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new channels and marketplaces to be selling the portfolio across and through, agreeing new commercial and contractor agreements, - Develop a wholesale Strategy to drive global business growth
- Strengthen relationships with partners and key accounts, renegotiating commercial deals
- Build Brand Identity and Brand guidelines for partners to follow
- Devise point of sale marketing and marketing guidelines for partners,
- Manage team of 2 (Marketing Manager and Ecommerce Manager) -
- Create Ecommerce strategy for the website and with ecommerce partners across the globe to drive acquisition and retention of customers - - Attend and lead the commercial business at all TradeShows (3 per year in Global Markets)
- Strong leader and manager, mentoring and developing your team and others around you

Your Experience:
- Experience working in Fashion or Luxury Retail, and have worked in a commercial role focusing on new business and key account growth -
- Excellent commercial and business acumen, and have prior P&L and budget responsibility
- Wholesale experience, and be able to demonstrate experience in growing and scaling a company across global markets.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and Ecommerce
- Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, high growth business
- Target Driven Customer Focused, Adaptable, Accountable, Deliverable.
