3D Designer - B2B Events - Live Experiences - London - 40k

We are working with a top events and experience agency based in the heart of London looking to expand the growing creative team by hiring a talented 3D Designer. The 3D Designer will contribute to the host of amazing projects the agency provide - from tailored lived events to executing high-profile business conferences, they thrive in the B2B experience space and work amongst some of the biggest global brands. The 3D Designer will help bring ideas to life, balancing creativity with practical solutions for a variety of clients.

You'll work closely with other creatives, designers and the Production team to design and craft conferences, exhibition stands, and sponsorship activations.

Key Aspects:

- Helping to deliver a mix of client briefs, producing creative and exciting solutions to brand and experience challenges
- Working closely with a team of designers across all levels and the Production team
- Ensuring high-quality output for production - with complete accuracy
- Sourcing new materials and samples and creating detailed drawings for costing and fabrication
- Producing sketches, illustrations and 3D visuals to communicate concepts with accuracy
- Making sure all designs align with brand requirements
- Adjusting to a diverse client base
- Producing stunning 3D visuals that demand attention
- Attending site visits and conduct on-site inspections in conjunction with a senior creative.
- Understanding profitability, being budget conscious and flagging any areas that may affect the bottom line

Key Experience:

- Be a confident 3D designer with experience in a similar role
- You can demonstrate strong skills in a variety of creative software.
- Experience in working in Cinema 4D, Vectorworks and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential
- Produce 2D CAD drawings
- Produce 3D models and visuals
- Produce presentation decks and mood boards
- You have a high level of attention to detail and a strong sensitivity to space
- You can present and articulate your designs and ideas succinctly both internally and to clients and have strong communication skills
- You're a team player and a collaborative thinker
- You can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
