Job description
Looking to lead and innovate? We’re after a sharp, dynamic Account Director to take charge of our Client Services team, working with big-name brands across the UK and beyond.
What You'll Do:
- Own client relationships and deliver standout social content and paid media campaigns.
- Lead creative briefings, manage project timelines, and keep budgets in check.
- Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Drive growth with renewals, pitching fresh ideas, and finding upsell opportunities.
- Mentor and manage your team, making sure processes are smooth and efficient.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring we’re always pushing boundaries.
You’ll Need:
- 5+ years in an agency role with a track record of smashing account management.
- Solid experience in social and paid media. OOH & TVC experience is a plus.
- A cool head, laser-focused organisation skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Confidence, creativity, and the ability to anticipate client needs.
- A problem-solver with a can-do attitude and strong team spirit.
