London (hybrid 3 days office, 2 from home)
We are proud to be working with a highly creative design studio, specialising in projects across content, design, events, and experiential disciplines. With a focus on collaboration with renowned artists, they work with a diverse range of big brands. As a small but rapidly growing agency, I am seeking a dynamic Associate or Account Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of their business.
As an Associate, you will be the driving force behind projects, serving as the first point of contact for both clients and artists. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing creative studio, where you will be involved in creative briefs, project scoping, client and project management, communication, artist liaison, digital initiatives, problem-solving, lateral thinking, new business/client opportunities, and financial awareness.
- 1-2 years of experience within a creative agency or similar industry
- Creative talent management - Perhaps you manage or represent creative influencers, or work with artists as part of a role within the art and culture sector.
- Proven knowledge of, and a passion for creative
- Must be able to work from their office in London a minimum of 3 days per week.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and manage creative briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
- Oversee the end-to-end project management process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing regular project updates.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, artists, and internal teams.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment through effective communication channels.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with renowned artists, ensuring smooth collaboration on projects.
- Act as a liaison between artists and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on digital trends and technologies to enhance project delivery.
- Integrate digital elements into creative projects, keeping the agency at the forefront of innovation.
- Proactively identify and address challenges, applying lateral thinking to find innovative solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business and client opportunities to contribute to the agency's growth.
- Monitor project budgets and financial metrics, ensuring projects are executed within financial parameters.
