Account Manager - Creative Design Agency
Hybrid role - London/home
£40-45k plus bonus
Following a long stretch of successes and pitch wins this Creative Design agency is looking for an Account Manager to take on key clients and services them to the high standard they're accustomed to. They provide branding, digital design and build and ongoing campaign activities for some of the globes most exciting FinTech brands.
This is an ideal role for a driven Account Manager - An independent agency they have the freedom to do great work and spend time perfecting creative.

- You’ll be the first point of contact for your clients. Building strong client relationships is key.
- You are the bridge between creative and the client – carefully balancing the two to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- You’ll need to be able to think on your feet and be experienced enough to handle most things thrown at you.
- The work is multi-channel and you’ll need to be comfortable with managing multiple work streams at the same time.
- The role has elements of both project and account management.
- Cost proposals, scheduling and budgeting are things you’ll do every day, along with talking to your clients and making sure they are happy.
- You’ll regularly present budgets, timelines and work on to your clients
- Accountability for budget control and studio work loading.
- You’ll need to be sensitive to client budgets but always thinking with your commercial hat on.
- You will work with and manage an Account Executive to deliver your projects
- Experience with brand, campaign and website delivery management
