Administrator

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to work for a luxury global brand on a part-time, flexible, fully remote basis.

You must have previous administration experience preferably within a financial or retail environment. Working within the creative team responsible for in-store and window creative, you will be responsible for fielding all communications across the team, other departments and internationally. This is an asap start and a rolling booking.

Main responsibilities include:

- Managing the creative calendar - keeping abreast of launches and activations
- Administrative & production logistics across UK & EU
- Raising and Processing Purchase Orders
- Handling general basic office duties, such as responding to emails, data entry, and reporting
- Assisting with special projects, such as process improvements and budget development

Requirements include:

- Meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with general office software as well as advanced level EXCEL
- Creativity and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong task and time management skills.
- Basic math abilities and an understanding of basic financial concepts.
- Experience in a 'Creative' function environment, preferred not critical.
- Professional appearance and courteous manner.
