Job description
We’re partnering with a brilliant global agency that combines data and technology to drive growth for some of the top brands in the world.
We’re seeking a highly credible Commercial Director to lead the commercial function across Europe. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee revenue generation strategies, including pricing, contract negotiations and client profitability.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Establish a commercial practice across Europe
- Ensure sustainable profitability with innovative client arrangements
- Lead new business initiatives and pricing strategies
- Negotiate client contracts and manage renewals
- Deliver commercial performance reports to leadership
- Enhance accounting infrastructure to support growth
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven commercial leadership experience in a multi-region environment
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- A progressive mindset and resilience in driving change
- Passion for enhancing commercial practices and delivering results
Candidate checklist:
- 12+ years in network agencies
- Proven skills in driving commercial practices
- Strong knowledge of the global ad landscape
- Deep knowledge of high-value contract negotiations
This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to move into a permanent position.
