Creative Project Manager - Wellness & Beauty Brand

As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a motivated and creative Project Manager to join our team and help bring our vision to life. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team and take ownership of key projects within product development.

Role Overview:

As our Creative Project Manager, you will be a driving force behind the seamless execution of creative projects, particularly in packaging and print, which are critical to our product development process. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of these projects, from conception to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

We are looking for someone with strong creative experience, particularly in packaging and print, who is comfortable taking initiative and solving problems as they arise. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the company, with the potential to transition into a more operational-focused role, taking on increasing responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee creative projects, particularly packaging and print-related work, ensuring everything is executed on time and within budget
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure that design and production processes align with brand objectives
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to drive projects forward
• Identify and troubleshoot any potential issues or roadblocks, ensuring solutions are implemented quickly
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that creative assets and product packaging meet business requirements
• Take initiative to improve project workflows and identify areas for operational improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong creative experience, ideally with packaging or print projects (experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus)
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritise, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously
• A proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking ownership of projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
• Experience with design and production processes, from concept through to final product
