circa £50k + annual bonus

London - Hybrid 3 days onsite (minimum)

This is a rare opportunity to work as a Creative Solutions or Bid Manager for a Gen-Z social media publisher and startup - already killing it in the Social Media space. Reporting to the Head of Commercial you will work on creative solutions and put together proposals and pitches for clients from B2C sectors.

The Role

A very important role for the company and the growing commercial team it requires a creative thinker, with the vision to build and package social content ideas for their brand partners that include everything from startups to big blue chip clients and big name brands. The Creative Solutions Manager will lead the brainstorming process, facilitate workshops with internal stakeholders, gather insights and build branded content projects to pitch to brands according to client objectives.

Working closely with the sales and production teams, you will contribute to idea generation, play a key role in ideation sessions and dip into project management. There may even be opportunities to join the sales team on pitches so the ability to present to clients is a distinct advantage!

We need an inspirational, ambitious branded content creative who has their finger on the pulse when it comes to social platforms, cultural trends and the wider media and communications landscape, and someone who has a real desire to make an impact at a fast-growing youth media brand.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working on successful social-first brand campaigns
• Strong deck and media plan-building abilities
• Experience working on, and winning, small to medium size new business pitches
• Qualitative and quantitative research experience – be confident in sourcing and using industry tools to gather insights
• Knowledge of the media landscape, new media technologies and platforms, and activation best-practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills – clear articulation of ideas internally is important
