Job description
Join a leading national retailer as a Performance Marketing / Digital Media Manager, driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue across stores, web, and app. You’ll lead a multi-channel paid media strategy (PPC, Paid Social, YouTube, VOD, Affiliate) and manage significant budgets to deliver measurable growth.
Key responsibilities:
Own and optimise the digital advertising budget across key paid channels.
Develop data-led media plans aligned with trading and seasonal moments.
Manage agencies and media partners for performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with brand and creative teams to develop and optimise content.
Report, analyse, and act on campaign performance insights.
Lead a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement.
Manage and mentor a junior Digital Executive.
About you:
Proven experience in digital/performance marketing (in-house or agency).
Expert in Google Ads, Analytics, Meta, TikTok Ads Manager, and Excel.
Commercially minded with strong analytical and ROI focus.
Confident communicator who can influence at all levels.
Up to date with emerging trends in digital media and technology.
