Digital & Social Media Manager

New role with an elevated jewellery brand for a Digital & Social Media Manager.  You will take the lead in developing their organic digital marketing channels; driving brand awareness, affinity and customer acquisition through existing and new social platforms.  This is a newly created role and a critical hire, you must have proven social media management experience (proven success across all social channels including TikTok is a must) and be able to demonstrate navigating working into a matrix environment with multiple stakeholder management gained in fashion, beauty or a relatable d2c product.

The role:

• Lead, inspire and influence the creation of an engaging and dynamic social marketing strategy and rolling 12-month calendar of activity with the brand’s Head of Marketing
• Work closely with the global digital team
• Create compelling creative digital campaigns, fuelled by digital, social and consumer insight
• Develop and execute the brand social media strategy across all social channels in line with the wider brand strategy
• Drive the launch and success on new and emerging social channels, including TikTok
• Manage all influencer partnerships and campaigns to maximise brand visibility and affinity
• Develop and coach the Digital Marketing Coordinator
• Regular reporting and sharing insights with wider teams to ensure ongoing optimisation of activities.

This role gives you the opportunity to create and own a new social strategy utilising your storytelling skills, copywriting and deep understanding of leading social media trends and techniques.  A creative flair with an excellent eye for art direction/ photography /videography skills a bonus.
