Job description
Ecommerce Manager / Senior Ecommerce Manager – London
Luxury, exuberant fashion brand is looking for their next Ecommerce Manager to join their team. With Shopify & Shopify Plus experience you will manage the Ecommerce coordinator and the day-to-day running of their site. This is a busy multi-faceted role so you will need confidence in 3rd party systems and integration, SEO and Google Analytics and take responsibility for the customer journey and user experience. You must be able to demonstrate at least 3 years at manager level gained in a premium/ luxury D2C fashion brand.
The role:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the ecommerce site on Shopify
- Manage the ecommerce coordinator
- Test and manage the site, identify opportunity to increase sales
- Liaise with merchandising and marketing to ensure optimisation and update to date content
- Manage the web agency
- Create key metric reports to senior stakeholders
