Head of Project Management - Luxury Store Design and Execution
London (hybrid role)
circa £70k - £75k + DOE

As a pioneer in innovative store designs, the agency is expanding its team and seeks an exceptional individual to lead its project management department. They specialise in delivering extraordinary results in retail, pushing the boundaries of luxury store design.
Who Are You?
We are looking for a visionary leader in project management with extensive experience managing Project Managers at a high level, especially with Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, unafraid to challenge the status quo, and possesses a solutions-driven mindset. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that only the best is accepted, and the rest is rejected.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Manage and lead a small but growing team of Project Managers, providing guidance and ensuring the successful execution of projects globally.
Project Oversight: Manage the end-to-end execution of new store projects, overseeing cost engineering, construction documentation, and administration for UHNW clients.
Timeline and Budget Management: Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, procurement, and operations, to meet all project requirements.
Supplier Management: Source suppliers and vendors, and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the agency and their clients.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
Financial Management: Manage the project path and costs, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
Relationship Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts as needed.
Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.
Standards Development: Develop and implement store design standards and guidelines in line with the agency's ethos.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in store design project management
- Experience managing Project Managers at a high level.
- Familiarity with project management software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana).
- Preferred experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices within the luxury design industry.
- Flexibility to accommodate and support our international client base.
