New Business Manager

We’re looking for a driven New Business Development Manager to shape and deliver new business growth for a thriving creative agency. You’ll own the full cycle from strategy, outreach, and networking, through to proposals, pitches, and conversion.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and deliver a clear new business strategy

• Identify and build a strong pipeline of opportunities

• Represent the agency at meetings, events, and conferences

• Lead proposals, pitches, tenders, and RFPs

• Collaborate with creative teams to produce tailored decks and case studies

• Report on pipeline activity, wins, and KPIs via CRM

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in new business/sales within a creative, media, or advertising agency

• Strong communicator, networker, and relationship builder

• Skilled at research, spotting opportunities, and driving results

• Commercially astute with CRM and KPI reporting experience

• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and collaborative mindset

Nice to have: industry contacts, procurement/tender experience, HubSpot/Salesforce.
