We are proud to be working with a market-leading, independent agency that works in creative luxury retail production in their search for a Sales Account Director. There is no ceiling on the ambition of the company, and currently, in a period of growth, they are looking for a Sales Account Director who has the enthusiasm and passion to push the boundaries of success and win some amazing new clients.


The Account Director will be responsible for driving sales within the business, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and cultivating the growth of prospective clients. They will work alongside the Managing Director to deliver the organization's strategic vision and business goals, while also managing a team to help them achieve their goals. They serve luxury retail sectors, including fashion, technology, beauty, wines and spirits, and jewellery. Their client list includes renowned brands including Harrods, Apple and Dior and projects encompass diverse design elements, from windows and large temporary activations to pop-ups and retail environments. They are seeking an innovative and strong communicator who can inspire and come up with brilliant ideas to inspire potential new clients.


Responsibilities:

• Provide a clear and inspiring vision to the sales team, enabling them to achieve sales targets
• Identify and nurture talent through hiring, development, and motivation of the sales team under your supervision
• Attract and retain new and existing clients through proactive engagement, including business-to-business outreach and marketing
• Collaborate closely with the Founders, Managing Director, and Senior Management team
• Collaborate with all departments (Sales, Project Management, Technical, and Production) to identify project risks and manage client expectations effectively.
• Cultivate strong client relationships for your personal accounts, ensuring that client budgets and timelines remain a top priority
• Provide regular updates on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual progress to Senior Management
• Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitors

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in leading, directing, and mentoring teams
• Proven experience working as an Account Director and winning new business within a creative production agency
• Experience working with, and winning clients ideally in the luxury retail space
• Highly motivated, extremely organised, and adept at managing multiple projects and processes at once
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and pressure, with exceptional time-management, and leadership skills
• Strong pitch and presentation skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
