- Build and nurture client relationships with all existing accounts - ensuring they are satisfied at every touch-point
- Work with stakeholders and 'heads of' as well as the project management team to ensure key client projects are achieving excellence in execution
- Ensure suitable resource is matched against clients and projects
- Set in motion PR and marketing opportunities for the agency derived from delivered work, case studies, video and photography for marketing channels, press releases and testimonials
- Ensure post project client satisfaction - reporting back to senior agency stakeholders on successes and areas for improvement
- Oversee finances
- Demonstrate an always on mentality in regard to new business and networking for the agency
- Lead pitches and turn then into given opportunities
- Provide proactive thinking and ideas to deliver ROI for clients
- Unlock potential for growth within the existing client base
- Experience working with leading brands
- Experience leading a team in a creative environment and driving them to excellence
- Previous experience leading clients and multiple projects -
- Strategic account direction experience within a creative agency
- Experience managing budgets, profitability and delivery
- A deep understanding of the commercial realities of running a business
- Excellent written and presentation ability.
- A natural gravitas and presence to make things happen
