Profiles Creative are proud to have partnered with our long-standing client; a creative-thinking independent brand design agency, in their search for an experienced creative agency Senior Account Manager or Account Manager looking for the next step in their career.

This thriving mid-sized independent agency works with exciting challenger brands, startups and large blue-chip clients from tech, professional services, and fintech sectors both consumer-facing and B2B. Beginning with research, data and insight they work on human-centred design projects including brand identity and refresh, brand messaging, digital design and build, video, animation and campaign.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a portfolio of clients and using data and insight; think strategically and immerse yourself into the client's business and objectives to refine the brief.
• Ensure accurate project briefings and work closely with the team of designers and with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that every project is completed on time and to budget - meeting and ideally exceeding client objectives.
• Be the first port of call for clients always providing the best service possible.
• Demonstrate flexibility and knowledge in strategy and delivery of client work, drawing on previous experience and successes to add new perspectives
• Contribute towards pitches and project presentations, always spotting opportunities for business growth and ways to add value
