Senior Product Designer

We are working with a super innovative tech business who are achieving year on year growth. Their multi award winning product, has been wowing their clients throughout Europe and due to its continued success, they are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their existing product design team. This role would suit someone with end to end product design experience from discovery through to delivery, looking for a role within a pro-active, results driven team.

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for:
- Working with peers from product and engineering the Senior Product Designer will lead design, from discovery through to delivery, in a lean manner and be responsible for what's usable, useful and desirable
- The Senior Product Designer will conduct user research and testing prototypes to ensure you are building the right product, at the right time
- Producing high level wireframes, together with detailed UI designs and communicating these with the team, and within workshops and stakeholder steering meetings
- Learning from both quantitative/qualitative customer feedback and shaping design solutions to better solve customer pain points
- The Senior Product Designer will work closely with the Lead Product Designer and Product Manager to help setup a continuous product discovery function
- Communicating opportunities to both the senior leadership team and key clients
- Working with customers and key stakeholders to help facilitate design/ideation sessions.

My client has a hybrid working model, with one day per week in the office. They are based in Leamington Spa, and have parking onsite. The Senior Product Designer can expect a salary of up to £60k, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
