A dynamic and innovative event management company is seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior/Event Producers/Project Managers to join their passionate team. With a focus on creativity, innovation, and flawless execution, they specialise in delivering immersive events for tech giants and well-established corporate blue-chip clients.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Event Producer/Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and delivering highly creative, immersive events that captivate audiences and leave a lasting impression. Based in West London, you will work closely with tech giants and household-name corporate clients, ensuring the seamless execution of events that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Project Management: Take ownership of events from conception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver exceptional results.
2. Client Collaboration: Work closely with tech giants and corporate blue-chip clients, understanding their unique needs and translating them into immersive event experiences.
3. Creative Conceptualisation: Collaborate with internal creative teams to develop and refine event concepts that align with client objectives and showcase innovation.
4. Logistics and Operations: Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution to ensure flawless delivery.
5. Budget Management: Responsible for financial aspects, including budget creation, monitoring, and reconciliation to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget.
6. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event production and project management (please get in touch whether 1 year or 5 years - there are roles at all levels!)
• Strong portfolio of successful events delivered for tech giants and corporate blue-chip clients (or portfolio in which you have proven experience assisting as a coordinator on)
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
