Creative Senior Account Manager (Brand & Design)

We've teamed up with a creative brand & design agency who specialise in creative beautiful packaging for luxury alcohol & FMCG brands.

Together, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a small but mighty team, this role is ideal for someone who has come from a fast-paced agency environment, looking for a step-up and the opportunity to work across not only account and project management, but have an input across creative, marketing & strategy!

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain client communication

• Oversee end-to-end projects from concept to delivery (Including Packaging, Retail, Video, Digital & Toolkits)

• Thoroughly brief creative teams to meet client expectations and brief requirements

• Build and maintain client rapport and relationships throughout

• Assist on strategic insights, creative direction and delivery

• Report into Account Director any urgent updates or issues that may arise

• Ensure project timelines, budgets and schedules are adhered to

• Write case studies and marketing collateral (when needed)

• Support brand creation & ideation

Key Experience:

• 5+ years’ account management experience within a creative, brand and/or design agency

• Experience working with Alcohol/Food & Beverage/FMCG clients (ideal, but not essential)

• Must have experience working with Packaging

• Exposure to Luxury / High-end branding

• Strong appreciation for creative aesthetic

• Highly organised and commercially aware

• Forward thinking, self-starter and approachable

• Ambitious and driven

• Strong understanding of creative disciplines

Candidates MUST be able to commute to office in Shoreditch, London and have full RTW in the UK. Your application will not be considered if you do not meet these requirements
