Job description
This unique global luxury lifestyle brand is looking for a new Head of Marketing & Communications to develop their fresh and dynamic approach to their traditional marketing strategy and implementation plan that will support their business plans and priorities over the next 5 years.
You will be expected to lead on customer engagement communication from the creation of customer journeys and elite client campaigns through to ideas that differentiate the brand in a competitive category.
The successful candidate needs to be able to lead from the front as well as role their sleeves up, get stuck in and do the doing.
The Role
· Team leadership.
· Leading the creation, development and implementation of all marketing strategy.
· Focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services.
· Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets.
· Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation.
· Lead the development of customer journeys alongside data team.
· Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies.
· Promoting and embedding strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the company’s values
· Efficiently managing annual marketing budgets.
· Routinely sharing strategies, progress, results, learnings, and relevant industry trends, with the broader team.
The Person
We need a rockstar who is ready to get stuck in and be instrumental in driving the marketing team forward. You will be the day-to-day lead of the marketing function sitting alongside a similar role in digital and content ensuring best in class activity! The successful candidate will have extensive understanding of all marketing channels – including CRM, SEO, brochures, events & customer engagement tools. Also, a highly creative storyteller who can help to create and build engaging marketing content by harnessing all potential opportunities.
