Job description
An international strategic content marketing agency is now scaling up and looking to hire an internal Marketing Manager to grow brand awareness globally.
This a rare opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join an agency on an impressive growth trajectory and enjoy career defining work. You will play a key role in scaling its exciting UK and international operations.
Your focus will be on increasing their very own brand presence online and offline from social campaigns and content through to SEO optimisation and PR.

This is a hybrid role - 3 days in the Old Street Office.
The Role
Take responsibility for the planning and implementation of the marketing strategy for the agency
Manage and create content for our company social media platforms
Manage and write e-marketing campaigns
Build and work with the Sales team on sales focused collateral
Manage CRM/Marketing platform (Hubspot)
Maintain and update the website managing SEO, case studies and whitepapers
Create speaker opportunities at events
Grow PR opportunities & industry publications
Conduct competitor analysis and research keeping the team informed of any opportunities/threats
Write clear and engaging copy for LinkedIn, whitepapers and blogs
Track & monitor all campaigns, working proactively to make changes as required
Work with the Performance team on paid search and social.
The Person
Ideally at least 3+ years of experience in a similar B2B Marketing role - ideally within an agency
Demonstrate and continue to develop a good understanding of brand, digital strategy and brand activation
Good knowledge of the social landscape, PR, copywriting, web and performance marketing
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms - comfortable with implementing organic and paid social media marketing strategies across LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Have SEO knowledge and experience
Experience with Google Ads
Digital content and copywriting writing experience
A problem solver who is proactive, driven and ultra-organised
