Privacy Policy

Profiles Creative is committed to protecting your privacy, and ensuring your information remains safe and secure. This policy defines what information we collect and how this is used.
All information gathered is used purely in-house for recruitment purposes, and for direct communication with Profiles Creative.

Are there any third parties used to gather information on your behalf?
No. We gather all our information in-house and use no other third parties that might jeopardise your privacy.
Do you share my information with any external parties?
No. We will never sell, rent, exchange or give away any personal information to third parties. With your consent, we will, however, submit candidate details to our clients for the aims of helping you secure suitable work opportunities.

Will I be sent any junk mail?
Candidates who register their details with us will not receive any junk emails from third parties, as we never share your information with any third party. Communication between yourself and Profiles Creative will be restricted to requests to update our records and to update you on current vacancies. You are however free to opt out of any group emails at any time by unsubscribing from them.

Likewise, clients may receive marketing correspondence relevant to their recruitment needs, but only internally and never from any third parties or subsidiaries. They are equally able to opt-out of these completely by simply unsubscribing from them.

How can I delete or update my information?
All candidates can choose to completely delete their profiles and all personal information from our site by simply logging in and selecting the "delete my profile" option. They can also update or amend their details by selecting the "view/edit my details" option in the same menu.

Is this privacy policy subject to change?
Any amendments to this policy will be announced directly on this page.

Is my information secure?
The only people with access to your information are our internal employees and our technical partners, and we have active security procedures in place to protect and secure your information from loss, alteration or misuse.

Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information which are downloaded to your device when you visit a website. Cookies are then sent back to the originating website on each subsequent visit, or to another website that recognises that cookie.
Cookies do lots of different jobs, like letting you navigate between pages efficiently remembering your preferences, and generally improve your web site experience. They can also help to ensure that adverts you see online are more relevant to you and your interests.
We can split cookies into 4 main categories:

Category 2: performance cookies
Category 3: functionality cookies

Category 1 - strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around the website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the website. Without these cookies services you have asked for, like registering for job alerts, cannot be provided.

These cookies allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your user name and password) and provide enhanced, more personal features.
These cookies can also be used to remember changes you have made to text size, fonts and other parts of web pages that you can customise. They may also be used to provide services you have asked for such as watching a video or commenting on a blog. The information these cookies collect may be anonymous and they cannot track your browsing activity on other websites.

Quite often targeting or advertising cookies will be linked to site functionality provided by the other organisations.
We do have links to other web sites and once you access another site through a link that we have provided it is the responsibility of that site to provide information as to how they use cookies on the respective site.
